These are some headshots I did for Alexandria England Airpark. This was a simple 1 light set up with a reflector to the right of the frame. The backdrop was just a wall in the board meeting room that we thought was a good look. Heeadshots don’t have to be complicated in my opinion. I think you need to cast a little shadow on one side of the face to create some dynamics and an interesting photo. Otherwise, everything can look washed out and uninteresting. I did raise the shadows a little in these, but you can see they are still there giving shape to the individuals face. The last group shot is a composite shot of the back wall added in after the fact, because normally they would be covering it up.
